All returns must be within a 30 day window from the original purchase with tags still attached and accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase. Returns can be started on our Contact Us Page
The Blue Light Boutique reserves the right to decline purchased returns where merchandise does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer or to prevent fraud or abuse.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email from our customer service team with the return address to ship your return back to us. Please note that all return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving our returned item, your return request will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email from us that your return refund process has been started.
Please be aware that return requests may take up to seven to twelve business days to be approved by certain bank providers, as well as may take a few days to show up in your account.
Our Return Policy is set in place to protect our small business but also to protect our customers.
Giftcards and Merchandise Credits are not returnable.
